Because Urban Home Staging owns all it’s own staging items, all our contracts include a 3 MONTH RENTAL AGREEMENT. Depending on the market conditions, will in most cases, be plenty of time to sell and close. However, we do offer lease extensions which rage from 20%-30% of the original contract agreement.

For vacant homes, Urban Home Staging offers a PAY WHEN YOU SELL PROGRAM. The cost is between 1% and 2% of the list price. This program is only available on a case by case basis. Factors include: Market conditions vs List Price, Equity in The Home, and Availability of On Hand Furniture (we own all our staging items).

Urban Home Staging also offers a re-design service. The costs vary depending on: Size of Your Home, Do You Want to Rent our Furniture or Buy Your Own, If You Buy Your Own, How Much Time do We Spend Buying Your Decorating Items. If We Have To Paint, If We Have To Do Lite Remodeling, Change out light fixtures, ect. We, like you, love flat fees, which we will give you one after we visit your home. Prices generaly range from $200 up to $5,000.
Our homes are very private and personal to us, it is where we live and seek solitude. It is currently decorated (“staged”) to make us comfortable and allow us to live in a relaxed atmosphere. You will not always be able to identify its flaws. If you are not able to view something objectively then you are not going to be able to package and market it effectively.
